My last name is actually pronounced “oob,” but you can just call me Tom. I’m an associate creative director and copywriter at Energy BBDO in Chicago, working primarily on Jack Daniel’s. When I’m not thinking about some brand’s broader impact on the human condition, I mostly spend my time gaming, cooking, pacing, watching old movies, giving up on crosswords, hugging my dog, thinking about reading, nerding out to geopolitics, teaching ad school, and generally letting my ADHD run wild.
